These are the dates they are quarterly submitted, but you can come fill them out at any time prior in the office ahead of time.

I am not working / I was laid off, what do I do now?
If your job ends and you are out of work, Please call the hall OR come in so that we can put you on the Out of Work List. All records are kept electronically. Remember, we do not know when your job ends. Also, please call or drop by and let us know if you start working so we can take you off the list. This is a list that we keep electronically to track our unemployed members, we then call members in the order that they have been inputted into the system. When you call or come we will ask about your licenses/certs so that our records are up to date. We will call you when we have work for you, meanwhile if you work more than 80 hours you will be removed from the out of work list and you will have to reach out to the office when your circumstances change.
Why was I suspended?
You become suspended when you are more than two months behind in your membership dues. Monthly dues are currently $41/month, and you are allowed to pay multiple months in advance if you prefer to do so instead of month to month. To prevent suspensions from happening, we offer you multiple ways to pay. You can pay in person in our office 8am-4pm Monday - Friday (we close 12:30-1:30 for lunch) . You can also sign up for auto dues as well by calling our office ext 4 to speak to Gail, you can leave a card on file with us and once a month we will debit your monthly dues and mail you a receipt automatically. If you are suspended, you will have to pay the months that you owe along with a readmission fee in order to be active for work/trainings. If you do not pay within a year of your last paid through date, you will be terminated.
How can I pay my dues if I cannot make it during open office hours?
You can pay over the phone by calling our office 8am-4pm Monday-Friday (we close 12:30-1:30 for lunch) 978-640-9010, we have options for both English and Spanish. I am a 1421 member and I need a class but I do not see it listed,
what should I do?
Please contact Local 1421 either by calling 978-640-9010 ext 5, or email email@example.com to be placed on a waitlist. That way, once the class is available we will know to contact you to sign up. For Spanish assistance please call Local 1421 @ 978-640-9010 ext 1 for spanish, and she will pass along the request / message for you gladly.
